- 2. IF YOU NEED TO WAIT OUTSIDE TO ENTER THE SHOP, PLEASE QUEUE TO THE RIGHT OF THE FRONT DOOR.
- 3. PLEASE SANITISE YOUR HANDS WHEN YOU COME INSIDE, WITH THE SANITISER PROVIDED.
- 4. IDEALLY EVERYONE WILL PAY CONTACTLESS. WE WILL ALSO ACCEPT CHIP AND PIN IF YOU DON’T HAVE A CONTACTLESS CARD.

- 6. IF YOU FEEL POORLY OR YOU’RE SHOWING SYMPTOMS THEN PLEASE AVOID COMING TO THE SHOP.

- 2. PLEASE SANITISE YOUR HANDS WHEN YOU COME INSIDE, WITH THE SANITISER PROVIDED. PLEASE ALLOW YOUR HANDS TO DRY BEFORE TOUCHING THE CLOTHING.
- 3. EVERYONE MUST FOLLOW THE ONE WAY SYSTEM MARKED ON THE FLOOR.
- 4. THE CHANGING ROOMS WILL BE CLOSED SO THERE WILL BE NO TRYING ON OF CLOTHING, INSTEAD OUR REVISED RETURNS POLICY (SEE BELOW) WILL BE IN PLACE.
- 5. CLOTHING AND PRODUCTS ARE TO BE PAID FOR FROM THE AREA TO THE FAR LEFT OF THE COUNTER TO ALLOW COFFEE CUSTOMERS SPACE TO WAIT AND PAY.

Returns Policy During the Corona Outbreak:
DUE TO US BEING A SMALLER STORE AND NOT STOCKING HUGE RUNS OF SIZING, WE HAVE LIMITED NUMBERS OF SIZES IN EACH STYLE.
IN ORDER FOR YOU TO TRY ON AN ITEM OF CLOTHING, THE ITEM WILL HAVE TO BE PURCHASED AND TRIED ON AT HOME. OUR CHANGING ROOM WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.
SOMETIMES, IT MIGHT BE THE CASE THAT THE PARTICULAR GARMENT YOU HAVE PURCHASED IS THE ONLY ONE WE HAVE IN THAT SIZE. THEREFORE, IF YOU DON’T WANT IT WE NEED TO HAVE IT RETURNED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE JUST INCASE SOMEONE ELSE WANTS IT.
THEREFORE, WE ASK THAT:
- IF YOU PURCHASE SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T FIT OR LOOK AS GOOD AS YOU HOPED THEN WE REQUIRE YOU CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS TO NOTIFY US.
- ALL PURCHASES MUST THEN BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE, WITH THE RECEIPT, TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE CONDITION THEY WERE SOLD;
- CLEAN
- UNWORN
- COMPLETE WITH ALL TAGS.
IF THE ITEM IS NOT RETURNED IN THE CONDITION STATED ABOVE THEM WE ARE REALLY SORRY BUT WE WON'T BE ABLE TO ACCEPT THE REQUEST.
AFTER 7 DAYS, ITEMS MAY BE EXCHANGED OR A CREDIT NOTE GIVEN.
TO MAKE RETURNED GARMENTS SAFE:
- ONCE ITEMS ARE RETURNED, THEY WILL BE STEAMED WITH A NON-FRAGRANCED ANTI- BACTERIAL FABRIC SAFE FORMULA.
BARBERING:
WE ASK THAT YOU ARRIVE PROMPTLY AT THE CORRECT TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, AS WE ARE UNABLE TO ALLOW YOU TO WAIT IN THE SHOP.
WE CAN ONLY ALLOW YOU TO BE A MAXIMUM OF 10 MINUTES LATE. AFTER THAT WE WILL TRY AND REBOOK YOU IN THE NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT BUT WE CAN’T GUARANTEE HOW SOON THAT WILL BE.
AHEAD OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- 1. FOLLOW NHS AND GOVERNMENT ADVICE IF YOU HAVE KNOWINGLY BEEN IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS SYMPTOMS OR HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19.

ON ARRIVAL:
- 1. YOU WILL ENTER THE SHOP THROUGH THE SIDE DOOR LOCATED ON ELDRIDGE STREE.
- 2. PLEASE WAIT OUTSIDE OF THE SHOP UNTIL YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.
- 3. ON ENTERING THE BUILDING, PLEASE USE THE SANITISER PROVIDED.
- 4. PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK OR COVERING, WHERE POSSIBLE.
DURING THE SERVICE:
- 1. THERE WILL ONLY BE TWO BARBERING CLIENTS IN THE SHOP AT ANY ONE TIME.
- 2. YOU MAY BE ASKED TO REMOVE YOUR MASK, IF YOU WOULD PREFER NOT TO, PLEASE JUST SAY.
- 3. BARBERS WILL BE WEARING FACE COVERINGS, FACE SHIELDS, GLOVES AND CLEAN SANITISED APRONS.
- 4.BARBERS WILL CONTINUALLY WASH / SANITISE AND CHANGE GLOVES THROUGHOUT YOUR SERVICE.
CHILDREN / CLIENTS FROM SAME SOCIAL BUBBLE:
- 1. CHILDREN MAY BE ACCOMPANIED BY ONE OTHER MEMBER OF THE SAME SOCIAL BUBBLE (PARENT/ CAREER)
- 2. IF YOU AND ANOTHER FROM YOUR SAME SOCIAL BUBBLE HAVE CONSECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS, YOU MAY ARRIVE TOGETHER, HOWEVER WE ASK THAT THIS IS ONLY IF REALLY NECESSARY.
AFTER THE SERVICE:
- 1. AFTER YOUR SERVICE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO REBOOK YOU NEXT APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR BARBER.
- 2. PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE BY CARD ONLY PLEASE.
- 3. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE VIA THE SAME ENTRANCE THAT YOU ARRIVED. SHOULD YOU WISH TO BROWSE THE RETAIL AREA OR PURCHASE ANOTHER CUP OF COFFEE, WE ASK THAT YOU USE THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE SHOP AFTER YOUR SERVICE. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO QUE DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION.
WE HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO THE BEST WE CAN TO KEEP ALL AREAS OF THE SHOP CLEAN AND SANITISED. WE WILL ALSO ADHERE TO ALL RULES LAID OUT BY THE GOVERNMENT AND ASSOCIATED GOVERNING BODIES. HOWEVER, THE USE OF THE BARBERSHOP AND SERVICES ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CLIENT.
