To us Speciality Coffee means it is sourced, roasted and made for you with the utmost respect for the product.
Each coffee we get, is tested and a recipe is created. The pressure profile is altered depending on where the coffee is from and how it is roasted.
No two coffees are the same so we don't see why they would be treated as if they were.
We have 2 different espressos and 4 different filter options at any one time, so hopefully there should be something you like.
The espressos change about once every 7-10 days and the filters change when they run out.
Milk is as important as the coffee. We only use an organic unhomogenised semi-skimmed milk from a single heard of Jersey cows at Ivy House Farm.
